Castimony is a discovery platform. Final trust is always built in person — these rules keep every audition, shoot and conversation safe.

⛔ Zero tolerance: nudity and pornography are strictly prohibited. Uploading, requesting, sharing or soliciting nude, semi-nude, sexually explicit or pornographic photos, videos, messages or links — of yourself or anyone else — leads to an immediate permanent ban and, where applicable, reporting to law-enforcement authorities under the laws of India. If anyone asks you for such content, block, report, and write to castimonyweb@gmail.com.
FOR EVERYONE

Golden rules

  • Never pay for a role. No genuine casting team asks for money for auditions, guarantees or placements — and no actor should offer it. Report any such demand immediately.
  • Never share OTPs, passwords or your 16-digit security code with anyone claiming to be Castimony staff. We will never ask for them.
  • Keep early conversations on the platform. Do not move to personal chats, and never share ID numbers, bank details or exact home address before you have verified the other party in person.
  • Meet only in safe, professional settings — studios, offices or public audition venues, ideally with a companion. Never go to hotel rooms, private residences or isolated locations for an "audition".
  • Verify identity in person before any shoot, payment or travel. Check ID documents and production credentials face to face.
  • Trust your instincts. Rushed offers, secrecy ("don't tell anyone"), gifts with conditions, or requests for bold / intimate scenes outside a professional script process are red flags. Walk away and report.
FOR CAST MEMBERS (ACTORS)

Audition safely

  • Research the production house before you accept an invite — house name, project, location and contact person.
  • Tell a friend or family member where you are going, when, and with whom. Share live location during travel.
  • Bring a companion to auditions and shoots, especially for the first meeting.
  • Carry your own ID; do not hand over originals. Show copies only after in-person verification.
  • Never shoot intimate, nude or sexually explicit content for any "test". Professional scripts are discussed openly, with consent, contracts and guardians (for minors) present.
  • Keep your profile honest — your own photo, true details. False data leads to permanent ban.
  • Use block and report tools for harassment, abuse, threats or coercion. Write to castimonyweb@gmail.com with screenshots, profile links and dates.
FOR PRODUCTION MEMBERS

Cast responsibly

  • Post only genuine casting requirements. False postings lead to permanent removal.
  • Verify every artist's identity in person before shoots, payments or travel — check original ID documents yourself.
  • Keep artist data private. Use contact details solely for the stated casting purpose. Never copy, download or redistribute another member's photos outside the platform.
  • Hold auditions in professional venues with staff present. Never ask actors — especially minors — to meet alone or share private photos or videos.
  • For intimate scenes, follow professional standards: closed set, written consent, intimacy coordination and contracts. Anything outside that is prohibited.
  • Protect your dashboard: one account per entity, non-transferable; guard your 16-digit security key; log out on shared devices.
CHILD ARTISTS (UNDER 18)

Strictest protection

  • Child artist accounts are created and operated only by a parent or legal guardian, who verifies every detail and takes full responsibility for all interactions, shoots, payments and communications.
  • Children's profiles carry no contact details visible to anyone.
  • A parent or guardian must accompany the child to every audition, shoot and travel arrangement.
  • No night shoots, isolated locations, or private photo/video requests involving minors — ever. Any report of misuse involving a minor leads to immediate suspension, permanent ban and reporting to authorities.
  • Teach young artists: never share personal photos, location or school details with strangers online.

Red flags — stop and report

  • Asking for money, "registration fees" or paid guarantees for roles.
  • Requesting nude / semi-nude / bold photos or video calls as an "audition test".
  • Inviting you to a hotel room, farmhouse or private flat for a meeting.
  • Pressuring secrecy, rushing decisions, or threatening to blacklist you.
  • Fake profiles, impersonation, copied photos, or anyone refusing in-person verification.
  • Spam, scraping, or misuse of your photos outside Castimony.

How to report: use the block / report controls on the profile or job, then email castimonyweb@gmail.com from your registered email with the member name, profile or job link, what happened, and when. Include screenshots where safe to do so. For emergencies or threats of harm, contact your local police first.

Online & account hygiene

  • Use a strong, unique password (min 8 characters) and never reuse it elsewhere.
  • Complete email OTP and mobile verification so only you control the account.
  • Log out on shared devices; check login activity; do not click links promising "guaranteed roles".
  • Read the Terms and Privacy Policy — they explain bans, data use and your rights.
