Payment & Refund Policy

This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions. By purchasing any plan or token on Castimony you agree to the terms below in full.

1. What you are paying for

All charges on Castimony exist solely to maintain the site and its database — servers, storage, verification systems and moderation. Paying for the site does not guarantee you anything beyond access: for Cast Members it does not guarantee a job, role, audition or placement, and for Production Members it does not guarantee finding a cast, a hire, or any response from artists. Casting outcomes always depend on the members themselves.

2. Cast Member plans

₹99 per month · not auto-renewed. Every payment buys access for the months you choose — nothing renews automatically and nothing is ever charged without your action.

Bulk purchase: you may buy in bulk if you wish — for 1 month, 2 months, 3 months and so on. Each month of access activates in sequence.
Trial offer: while the site is in its testing phase, access is free for the first 1,000 Cast Members. Paid plans apply after the trial seats are filled or the trial ends, whichever we announce first.
When a paid month expires without renewal, your profile simply becomes inactive for discovery until you purchase again. Your data is retained as per the Privacy Policy.

3. Production Member tokens

Token system. Production Members buy token packs; 1 token reveals 1 cast contact — the artist's ID details and the ability to contact them through chats. Token pack sizes and prices will be announced at launch.

Tokens are deducted at the moment a contact is revealed, whether or not the artist responds, accepts, or is eventually hired.
Tokens are linked to your account only. They cannot be transferred, shared, resold or converted to cash.
Expired, consumed or banned-account tokens carry no value and are not reinstated.

4. No-refund policy

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds — on Cast plans, bulk months, or tokens, whether used or unused. From the moment of purchase your data occupies, and your access consumes, the site database: profile hosting, discovery ranking, dashboard access and moderation resources are provisioned immediately and cannot be taken back.

Please review your order (plan length, token pack, account email) carefully before paying.
Duplicate or failed charges that never granted access are the sole exception — write to us within 7 days with payment proof and we will verify and correct genuine errors.
Chargebacks or payment disputes raised against valid purchases will lead to immediate permanent suspension of the account pending review.

5. Prices, taxes & payment failures

Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change going forward; the price at checkout is what applies. Applicable taxes (including GST) are charged extra or included as shown at checkout, with invoices/receipts issued electronically.
If a payment fails, no access is granted and no amount is due. We are not responsible for bank, UPI or gateway charges levied by your payment provider.
We may withdraw, suspend or modify plans, packs and the trial offer at any time with notice on the site; already-purchased access is honoured for its paid duration.

6. Misuse

Plans and tokens bought through fraud, stolen instruments, fake accounts or policy violations are cancelled without refund, and the associated accounts face permanent ban plus legal action under applicable laws of India. See the Terms and Safety Tips.

7. Governing law & contact

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction. For billing questions, write to castimonyweb@gmail.com from your registered email with your payment reference, date and amount.
