What to write about
- Account help — signup, login, OTP, password reset, profile or verification issues.
- Casting help — Find Work applications, dashboard access, approval or security-code queries.
- Safety reports — harassment, fake profiles, money demands, or prohibited content.
- Feedback & bugs — what broke, which page, which device and browser.
Before you write
- Check the Help Center — most signup, profile and dashboard questions are answered there.
- Read the Safety Tips if someone made you uncomfortable.
- For emergencies or threats of harm, contact your local police first, then inform us.
Response time
We are a small team in testing phase, so please allow a few days for a reply. Safety reports are prioritised. To help us respond faster, use a clear subject line such as "Login issue — Cast Member", "Approval query — Production House" or "Safety report — [profile/job link]".
